Our admission process is simple, transparent, and designed to help us understand your child’s needs—and help you understand our learning philosophy.

🧭 Step-by-Step Admission Process

 

1. Inquiry & Initial Contact

Begin by filling out our online inquiry form or contacting our admissions office.
Our team will guide you through basic information about the school, curriculum, fees, and availability.

What we need:

  • Parent/guardian name

  • Child’s age & class applying for

  • Contact phone & email

2. School Tour & Information Session

Families are invited to visit our campus and experience our learning environment.
During the tour, you will meet teachers, explore classrooms, and understand our alternative learning approach.

You’ll get:

  • Campus walk-through

  • Curriculum explanation

  • Q&A session with our team

3. Application Submission

After the tour, families may submit the application form with required documents.

Required documents:

  • Completed application form

  • Recent photograph of the child

  • Previous school report (if applicable)

  • Birth certificate copy

  • Parent/guardian ID copy

4. Child Interaction / Observation Session

We schedule a relaxed, play-based interaction with the child.
This is not a test — we simply observe how your child interacts, explores, and engages with activities.

Purpose:

  • Understand the child’s learning style

  • Identify support needs (if any)

  • Ensure Earth House is the right fit for your family

5. Parent Meeting

A short meeting with parents/guardians helps us learn about your expectations, your child’s personality, and your educational values.

We discuss:

  • School policies

  • Communication & parent involvement

  • Daily routine & learning approach

6. Admission Decision

After reviewing the application and interactions, we make an admission decision.
Successful applicants receive an Offer Letter via email.

7. Enrollment & Fee Payment

To confirm the seat, parents must complete the enrollment form and submit the initial admission fee within the given timeline.

Enrollment includes:

  • Admission fee

  • First month/term tuition (as applicable)

  • Orientation schedule & school handbook

  • Priority is given to siblings and families aligned with our learning philosophy.

  • We offer limited need-based financial assistance (if applicable—can remove if not offered).
